Short biography

Spasoje Zečević, born in Podgorica, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, earning the title “Management Specialist”.

With more than five years of experience in the IT industry in the position of Office and HR manager, he contributed to the successful business of the companies he worked for with his professional knowledge and skills. He was responsible for the effective management of office operations, human resources, infrastructure and technology projects including a part of recruitment, staff development and creating a positive work environment. In addition, he has three years of experience in event management, where he successfully organized various events and team building activities.

In the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, he is employed in the position of “Infrastructure Manager”, where he is responsible for designing, preparing and implementing activities in the field of technical, functional and administrative work related to the Science and Technology Park facility, as well as providing support to organizational units and tenants of the NTP.
