Infrastructure
Designed in a contemporary style with a high degree of functionality, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro represents a unique place where all stakeholders from the academic, business, and social spheres come together.
Congress Center
The Congress Center consists of two conference rooms with a total capacity of approximately 280 seats. The “Unicorn” (large) conference room has a capacity of 200 seats and can be divided into two smaller rooms, while the “MVP” (small) conference room has a capacity of 80 seats in a theater-style seating arrangement. Both conference rooms are technically advanced and modernly equipped, providing all the necessary conditions for hosting the most demanding conference events. In addition to the conference rooms, the center features a congress reception, cloakroom, and catering area, ensuring a complete service for users and visitors.
Workspace
The workspace comprises offices of different layouts, sizes, and configurations, offering a high degree of flexibility and modularity. Individual offices range from 18 m² to 74 m², while interconnected offices and open-space areas range from 100 m² to 207 m². These spaces can be divided or expanded as needed, adapting to the specific requirements of tenants. The Science and Technology Park also offers four modernly equipped meeting rooms, suitable for business meetings, workshops, team gatherings, and smaller presentations. With a capacity of up to 12 people, the meeting rooms are equipped with modern technical facilities to support efficient and seamless business activities. In addition, STP Montenegro features a 202 m² coworking space with 30 workstations and modern infrastructure and equipment. Designed for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and teams, the coworking space provides a flexible environment for work, collaboration, networking, and the development of new business initiatives.
Restaurant
GastroHub Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the building, offers a diverse selection of beverages, from hot drinks to a wide range of other refreshments, as well as a variety of food options to suit every taste. Guests can choose from convenient takeaway options or enjoy an à la carte menu in the restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of 64 seats indoors, with an additional 34 seats in the outdoor garden area, located in the atrium of the Science and Technology Park.
Laboratories
The laboratory facilities are designed to support scientific research, innovation development, and the commercial application of research results. They operate through various partnership models between the Science and Technology Park and research institutions, with the aim of strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
STP operates five specialized laboratories:
• Laboratory for Research and Development of Medicinal Chemistry and Sustainable Ecosystems, established in cooperation with the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Montenegro;
• Molecular Medicine Laboratory, established in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montenegro;
• Robotics Research Laboratory, established in cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Montenegro;
• Electronics and Measurement Laboratory, established in cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Montenegro;
• AI Innovation Laboratory, established in cooperation with the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Montenegro.
Gym
The gym is equipped with modern cardio and functional training equipment, giving tenants the opportunity to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine. It is exclusively available to STP tenants and provides a dedicated space for exercise, relaxation, and maintaining a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
Fun Room
The Fun Room is a space designed for relaxation, socializing, and informal interaction among tenants. Equipped with video game consoles, table football, darts, and a variety of board games, it provides an opportunity to take a break from everyday responsibilities and enjoy a pleasant and relaxed environment. The space encourages creativity, team spirit, and networking among members of the NTP community.
The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro is a modern business facility with a total net floor area of 12,671 m² and a gross floor area of 14,195 m². The building has been designed and equipped in accordance with modern standards, enabling the functional and efficient use of space for innovation, business, and supporting activities.
The facility is further enhanced by energy-efficient systems, including 642 solar panels installed on the roof for electricity generation. This contributes to sustainable resource management and reduces reliance on energy from conventional sources.
Each floor of the building features three technical rooms dedicated to supporting the operation of the building’s systems. In the basement, in addition to the garage area, key technical and service facilities are located, including the REC room, pump station, generator room, sprinkler system, transformer substation, UPS system, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The building’s supporting facilities also include a video surveillance room, enabling continuous monitoring of security systems, as well as ten storage units intended for users and the maintenance of the building’s operations. This comprehensive infrastructure ensures stable, secure, and high-quality operations for all users of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.
