New Entrepreneurial Steps at STP MNE: The Third Cycle of the SkillsUP Program Has Begun

Creating an encouraging environment where young people’s ideas receive a clear structure, expert support, and the opportunity for a successful market entry remains one of our core priorities. It is for this reason that the third cycle of the SkillsUP pre-incubation program officially kicked off today at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE), dedicated to empowering young innovators and developing their entrepreneurial potential.

The launch of the third cohort was marked by opening remarks welcoming the participants from our Executive Director, Valentina Radulović, MSc; the Head of Innovation Programs and Projects at STP MNE, Radivoje Drobnjak, MSc; and Dušan Banović, Director of Service Development and Digital Transformation at Crnogorski Telekom. The presence of leading industry partners once again confirmed the importance of connecting the real economy with young innovators from the earliest stages of their concept development.

Over the next five days of intensive work, participants will navigate key stages of shaping business ideas through interactive workshops, team-building exercises, hands-on assignments, and dedicated, one-on-one mentorship. With direct guidance from seasoned mentors, attendees will learn how to understand modern market mechanisms and establish sustainable business models. An equally vital element of the program is team dynamics, offering participants a week filled with engaging camaraderie, knowledge exchange, and new connections that often evolve into long-term entrepreneurial partnerships.

By implementing initiatives such as the SkillsUP program, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro continues to serve as a reliable pillar of support and resources for new generations of innovators. Ahead of our participants lie days of productive work, intensive learning, and community building—all aimed at turning promising visions into sustainable, market-ready ventures.
