Short biography

Tatjana Dragojević was born in 1975 in Cetinje, Montenegro. She began her professional career in the private sector, working in her family-owned company, and in 2001 joined the banking sector, where she spent twenty years, including fifteen years as Head of Procurement and Logistics at Societe Generale Montenegro Bank. During this period, she managed various projects and teams, gaining extensive experience in optimizing business processes and procedures.

Following her career in banking, she continued her professional development through engagements with government institutions, international organizations, and private companies, focusing on digitalization, business process improvement, and team management.

As a Procurement and Logistics Specialist at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, she is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing procurement activities, as well as managing logistics processes.
