Short Biography

Dr Sanja Peković is a full professor and Vice-Rector for Internationalisation at the University of Montenegro. She received her PhD in economics from the University of Paris-Est in 2010, with the thesis “Motivi i efekti standarda qualeta i zaštite životne sredine: Mikro-ekonomometrijska.”

At the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, she was appointed Associate Professor in 2012 and full Professor in 2018. From 2017 until her selection as Vice-Rector, she held the position of Director of the Centre for Quality Management at the University of Montenegro. Her field of research includes quality management, ecological economics, social responsibility, innovation economics and econometrics. She has been a guest lecturer at prestigious international institutions in France, Russia, SAD, etc. She has published a large number of academic articles in leading international journals in the field of economics and management.

She has been a speaker at several national and international conferences, symposia and scientific groups. She reviews articles for more prestigious international journals and is a member of several academic networks and associations. Takođe, bila angažovana kao saradnik na brojnim domaćim i međunarodnim projekta finansiranim od strane irrelevant organizacji, uključujući ERASMUS+, HERIC, IPA, COST i dr.
