Short biography

Milica Jovančević is a PR and Marketing Specialist at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro. She is responsible for developing communication plans, public and media relations, event organization, as well as the promotion of innovative programs and the startup ecosystem.

Milica was born in 2002 in Berane. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Economic Policy, with a GPA of 10.00. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including awards for the best students of the Faculty of Economics, as well as awards for talented students from the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and the Municipality of Berane from 2021 to 2025.

During her studies, she was an active member of the Council of Best Students and a member of the Student Council at her home faculty. She is the author of two academic papers presented at the MICEB Conference and further specialized in economic policy at the University of Seville. She also participated in the NATO Youth Summit in 2025.

She began her professional career in the banking sector, working at Erste Bank and NLB Bank, and also gained experience in the private sector.

She regularly participates in international seminars focused on the rule of law, European integration, and economic policies.
