The Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre

The Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C) is a leading regional training platform dedicated to strengthening the cyber resilience of Western Balkan institutions through cybersecurity, the fight against cybercrime, and cyber diplomacy.

WB3C is an intergovernmental initiative of France, Slovenia, and Montenegro, established in 2023 in response to increasingly complex threats in the digital environment, with the aim of providing administrations across the region with systematic and practical support in strengthening their cybersecurity capacities.

WB3C works with governments, relevant national institutions and agencies, critical infrastructure sectors, and educational institutions through tailored training programmes focused on developing practical and technical skills.

At the same time, the Centre promotes regional and international cooperation and dialogue, supporting Western Balkan administrations in aligning with EU standards and requirements related to the cybersecurity agenda.
