OXIOM is a Montenegrin technology startup developing the next generation of AI workers for small and medium-sized enterprises, corporations, and public institutions. Unlike conventional chatbots that primarily provide information, OXIOM develops digital workers that take on specific business tasks, process documentation, track deadlines, streamline processes, and produce verifiable results.

The platform consists of interconnected specialized modules: OXI – an AI secretary for organizing tasks, communications, and deadlines; OXDOX – a system for intelligent document processing, search, and routing; ZOX – a system for regulatory monitoring and compliance; as well as AI Accountant and AI Lawyer, which are being developed to automate accounting and legal processes.

The idea was initiated through the Oxiom FinBot research and development project, implemented within BUM. The research results confirmed the technical feasibility and market potential of the concept, which led to the establishment of OXIOM as a separate technology startup. Following its establishment, additional funding and development resources were invested in the company, while the initial financial assistant concept was expanded into an integrated AI workers platform. The relationship with the holder of the original project, as well as the continued development and commercialization of the technology, are governed by a formal agreement.

What sets OXIOM apart is the combination of advanced AI technologies with many years of practical experience in accounting, finance, administration, law, and business software development. The solutions are primarily being developed to meet the needs of companies in Southeast Europe, with the flexibility to adapt to different markets, languages, and regulatory systems.

OXIOM’s goal is to build a regionally scalable AI platform from Montenegro that will reduce the administrative burden on companies, increase productivity, and enable employees to dedicate more time to clients, development, and activities that create new value.
