The company’s main product is the “Heritage Intelligence: Montenegro (HI:M)” platform, a sophisticated SaaS (Software as a Service) tool designed to address one of the major bottlenecks in Montenegro’s construction and regulatory sectors. Through advanced algorithms, the technology enables the automated analysis of architectural projects and their verification against complex spatial planning documentation, urban planning and technical requirements, and legal regulations. This significantly accelerates procedures, reduces the risk of human error, and ensures greater objectivity in the work of local government authorities, chief city and state architects, while enabling private architectural firms to verify projects before formal submission, saving their most valuable resource – time.

The founder and CEO of the company is CPhD David Radović, a licensed architect and conservator with several years of experience in the private sector, public administration, and academia. His vision is for Heritage Intelligence to become a regional leader in the digital transformation of urban and architectural planning and design, reconciling rapid urban development with the protection of valuable cultural heritage through the implementation of innovative technological solutions.
