Young people are the greatest driving force of our society, and their innovation and desire for improvement represent the key resource that will shape the technological future of Montenegro.
Through the YEB (Young Entrepreneurs Western Balkans) project, we continue our intensive work on empowering young people and developing their entrepreneurial ideas. Following an exceptionally successful and inspiring study visit to Turin, our teams are now preparing to visit innovation centers in Shkodër. For this occasion, we gathered participants and mentors for the third mentoring session.
Building on the solid foundations laid during previous workshops, this meeting served as an important overview of the work done so far. Participants had the opportunity to present in detail the current development stage of their innovative products, but also to share, through an open and constructive dialogue, the specific challenges they are facing at the very beginning of their business journey.
A special focus of the meeting was on mapping these obstacles and defining ways in which the Science and Technology Park can proactively help solve them. Acquiring practical knowledge and overcoming a lack of market experience form the very backbone of the YEB project. This is why, through continuous mentoring support and work with experts, we help teams accelerate their growth and turn initial concepts into sustainable businesses.
In addition to analyzing the current situation, this session served as an excellent preparation for the work dynamics and tasks that await our young entrepreneurs in Albania. Drawing on the great experience from Italy, clearly set goals will enable them to make the most of the upcoming visit, build new connections in the region, and gain a fresh perspective for further progress.
We look forward to new insights and STP MNE continues to build a strong network of innovators.
