Are you an innovative startup or small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Montenegro looking to bring your product, technology, or business model to market, secure funding, or expand internationally?

Ready4EIC is open to startups and innovative SMEs based in Montenegro. The programme is intended for companies developing an innovative product, service, technology, process, or business model that need financial support, are preparing to engage with investors, or are exploring European funding opportunities, including Horizon Europe and the European Innovation Council (EIC) programmes.

What does Ready4EIC offer?

Companies will work with mentors from the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP Montenegro) to assess their needs, identify areas for improvement, and define clear next steps for their business.

The programme combines practical training, one-on-one consultations tailored to each company’s specific needs with the STP Montenegro and Ready4EIC teams, tools and guidance that can be directly applied within the company, as well as opportunities to connect with investors and organisations from the innovation ecosystem.

Who delivers the programme?

Training, mentoring, and advisory support in Montenegro will be provided by STP Montenegro.

How is the programme structured?

Ready4EIC is delivered in two cycles, offering up to four months of structured capacity-building support in total.

• The first cycle will last approximately two months and provide participants with the essential knowledge and tools needed to strengthen their innovation and growth capacities.
• The second cycle will be offered to selected participants from the first cycle and will also last two months. This phase provides more advanced support for scaling, investment readiness, and access to financing for deep-tech solutions.
