After a two-year break, the Ministry will award monetary prizes to the most successful scientists and innovators this year. The total prize fund amounts to €8,000.

The awards are granted in three categories, namely:

– the most successful scientist – €3,000;

– the most successful young scientist (under 30 years of age) – €2,000;

– the innovator or group of innovators for the most successful innovation or invention protected by a patent – €3,000.

The right to receive an award for scientific achievements is granted to Montenegrin citizens who, in 2022, achieved outstanding results in scientific research or in one of the innovative programs in our country or abroad, or who have protected their invention/innovation with a patent in Montenegro or abroad.

All individuals who are interested can apply for the award by december 5, 2022, by 14:00 hours. An individual can receive the award in only one of the listed categories.
