Open public invitation to complementary organizations for the admission of tenants in the STP Montenegro

The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro has published a public invitation for the reception of the first tenants for complementary organizations.

The right to participate under this Public Call has complementary organizations, which are considered legal entities that provide support to the subjects of innovative activities, that is, organizations that perform activities that can support the NTP of Montenegro in achieving the strategic goals described in this Public Call, as well as all tenants of the NTP, as which are:

– Trainings and education;

– Mentoring services;

– Marketing services;

– Consulting services;

– Research & Development;

– Organization of gatherings, seminars, conferences, etc.;

– Connecting and networking services with domestic and international business partners;

– Business internationalization programs.

Complementary organizations can participate in this Public Call, provided that they have a developed activity plan aimed at supporting the tenants of the NTP CG. Part of the professional services that complementary organizations would have to provide to the tenants of the NTP must be available without special compensation, while the terms of use of other professional services will be negotiated separately. In addition to the above, they must meet the following conditions:

– operate as organizations and provide relevant services for more than 1 year;

– their business activities correspond to the goals of NTP Montenegro (support for the development and commercialization of research, employment, growth of income and exports, business networking, etc.);

– their technical, logistical and business requirements correspond to the resources available to the NTP of Montenegro;

– their activities do not in any way endanger or compromise the activities of NTP CG or members of NTP CG, that is, they do not work against the interests of NTP CG or tenants of NTP CG;

– regularly fulfill obligations to pay taxes and contributions on personal income, corporate income tax and value added tax, that is, regularly settle reprogrammed tax obligations;

– the legal representative has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the economy and the environment, for the criminal offense of receiving or giving a bribe and the criminal offense of fraud.

Applications are submitted exclusively electronically on the NTP CG website – https://konkursi.ntpark.me/, and the Public Call is open until August 31, 2024. years.

After the evaluation process, it is necessary to submit the original or notarized documentation, which must not be older than 3 months.
