The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro invites all interested legal entities, registered for providing hospitality services, to apply for the public call for leasing restaurant space within the Park.

All entities that meet the requirements outlined in the public call are eligible to participate. Bidders with proven experience in managing hospitality establishments, a strong sense of design, an innovative approach to service offerings, and a commitment to environmental responsibility are especially encouraged to apply, particularly those ready to enrich the dynamic and modern environment of the Science and Technology Park.

A modern, fully equipped space of 107 m² (including a kitchen, bar, and dining area) is available within a facility that brings together hundreds of members of the innovation ecosystem on a daily basis, with a continuously growing number of users and events.
