Infrastructure
Designed in a contemporary style, with a high level of functionality STP Montenegro will be a unique spot which will bring together all the significant actors of academic, business and social life.
Work space
The workspace consists of offices with different structures, surfaces and possibilities for modularity. We have independent offices from 27 to 74m2, as well as connected offices and "open space" areas from 100 to 200m2 that can be divided or, if necessary, expanded in accordance with the tenants' requirements.
Congress Center
The congress center consists of two large halls with a total capacity of about 300 seats. The first (large) hall has a capacity of about 190 seats and can be divided into two smaller ones of 100 each, while the second (smaller) hall has a capacity of about 100 seats in a cinema seating arrangement. Both halls are technically and modernly equipped and have all the prerequisites for holding the most demanding conference events. In addition to the halls, there is also a congress reception, a cloakroom and a catering area for full service to users and visitors.
Restaurant
The restaurant on the ground floor offers a wide selection from hot drinks to all kinds of drinks, as well as a variety of food for all tastes, both takeaway and "a la carta" food for consumption in the restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of about 60 seats inside the building and about 60 seats in the building's garden, i.e. central open square of NTP.
Laboratories
The laboratory capacities are intended for research and commercial exploitation, organized through different models of partnership between NTP and scientific research institutions or tenant companies.
Gym
The gym is equipped with modern exercise equipment and is exclusively intended for NTP tenants for relaxation and physical activities.
Garage
The building's garage has a capacity of about 100 parking spaces for tenants and about 20 spaces for visitors to the center. Within the garage, there are also warehouse spaces with an area of 10 to 25 m2, which are intended for the tenants of the building.
Children's playroom
The children's playroom, which is located on the ground floor of the building near Tološka Šuma Park, provides babysitting services for a certain period of time during working hours with certified educators and a modernly equipped space for children up to 10 years old.
Following the latest trends and achievements, the facility of the Science and Technology Park will be equipped with modern technical and technological solutions that will ensure the highest possible degree of energy efficiency and comfort for all employees who will work in its space.
NTP also offers Coworking spaces, which are designed as a place for the development of business ideas and the creation of new “start-ups”, as well as cooperation and further networking activities.
Taking care of quality ideas, enterprising individuals and teams, and guided by the desire to stimulate creativity, innovative thinking and sharing of ideas, NTP offers its users a modern and technologically advanced business space where it is possible to improve and develop existing as well as create new innovative businesses.
NTP will offer the possibility of using specialized laboratory spaces that will serve applied scientific research, the results of which could improve existing or create new businesses.
