New Opportunities for Innovative Teams: Applications Now Open for BoostMeUp Vol. 6

The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro is pleased to invite all innovative teams, startups, and entrepreneurs to apply for the sixth edition of the pre-acceleration program BoostMeUp, a national platform for developing and launching Montenegrin startups.

Applications are open until October 14, and the program is intended for anyone with an innovative idea, product, or solution who wants to take a concrete and secure step toward the market. Whether you are a formal or informal team, researcher, or student from anywhere in Montenegro, this program offers a unique opportunity for accelerated growth and commercialization.

Through carefully designed development phases, BoostMeUp guides teams from market need validation, through business model development, all the way to product enhancement and preparation for internationalization. Along the way, participants receive strong support by working with over 50 eminent mentors and experts from Montenegro and abroad, with a special focus on individual work with a lead mentor. In addition to acquiring knowledge, the program opens doors to valuable infrastructure, as well as direct networking with companies, partners, and potential investors.

The process itself begins with a phase where at least 15 teams will be tasked with testing and validating their ideas. After the initial selection, the 10 most successful teams continue their development journey with support tailored specifically to their maturity level. Teams in a more advanced phase and ready for growth can qualify for development support of up to €7,000, while those still in the idea validation phase receive up to €1,000. The crown of several months of work will take place at the grand finale, the Montenegro Pitching Competition, scheduled for April 2027. At this final event, the three best teams will win additional, highly significant financial support in the amounts of €15,000, €10,000, and €7,000.

As a proud partner of this strategically important project, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro continues to contribute to the development of the local innovation ecosystem.

The lead implementer of the program is the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis, and the strong partner consortium includes the University of Montenegro, ICT Hub Belgrade, One Montenegro, and the Central Bank of Montenegro. The implementation of this edition is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation and the Government of Montenegro.
