The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE) continues its tradition of gathering its innovation community. At the latest edition of the CoffINO event, which we regularly organize for our tenants, the focus was on strengthening mutual connections, relaxing in an informal environment, and having a constructive conversation about further improving the business environment.

The star of this gathering was the premiere of the Fun Room zone, a new space for relaxation and socializing, which will now be available daily to all tenants and employees.

Aware that the best ideas are often born in an informal setting and that a high-quality break is key to productivity, we have equipped this zone with carefully selected amenities. All members of our community will be able to enjoy PlayStation consoles for friendly competitions, virtual reality equipment that offers a completely new experience, as well as various board games perfect for building team spirit and connecting with colleagues from different companies.

In addition to the fun and informal part, CoffINO served as an excellent platform for an open conversation about the growth and development of the companies that make up our ecosystem.

We had a detailed discussion with the tenants about their current needs and the challenges they face in their everyday business operations. This meeting was also an opportunity to reflect on all the steps and initiatives that STP MNE has implemented so far with the aim of improving their business and creating even better working conditions.

Continuously listening to the needs of our community remains our main priority, because only through a shared vision and open communication can we build a stimulating environment for innovation.
