Supercomputers for Smarter Businesses

Yesterday, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro hosted the event “Faster. More Efficient. Smarter. Supercomputers for Small Businesses”, organized in partnership with the University of Donja Gorica (UDG) and the National Competence Center for HPC, HPDA, and AI (NCC Montenegro).

The aim of the event was to showcase the potential that high-performance computing (HPC), advanced data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) offer to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Montenegro, with a special focus on the practical application of these technologies in everyday business operations.

During the event, Ms. Sanja Nikolić, representative of NCC Montenegro, presented the EuroCC2/EuroCC4SEE projects, available capacities, and user support provided by the NCC for businesses and institutions interested in leveraging the potential of supercomputers. Assistant Professor  Luka Filipović,phd, spoke about the opportunities offered through access to European supercomputers via open EuroHPC calls.

The event concluded with an interactive session and networking, providing attendees with the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and initiate concrete discussions about future collaboration and involvement in the HPC community.
