In this regard, for the first time, the Ministry has allocated a budget for this area. Additionally, with the aim of creating educational programs that will lead to faster and higher-quality employment of the workforce, while addressing the challenges posed by the modern market, the ministry initiated the development of IT skills programs to meet the requirements identified by the Chamber of commerce in its analysis.
The Government of Montenegro has recognized the importance of IT skills for the development of Montenegro, and therefore, in the upcoming period, it will prepare a support program that will provide incentives for the implementation of programs in this field.
The results of the Chamber of commerce’s analysis of the shortage of IT professions and the challenges faced by companies in the sector due to the lack of skilled labor were presented to the attendees by the Secretary of the ICT Committee at the Chamber of commerce, ms.
