SkillsUp vol. 2 has started – a new cycle of support for young innovators

The second cycle of the SkillsUp pre-incubation program was officially launched at the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, organized with the support of Crnogorski Telekom. The program brought together a new generation of 25 young innovators and students from three universities in Montenegro, ready to develop their entrepreneurial ideas and enhance key skills for the future.

The participants were welcomed by Ms. Valentina Radulović, Executive Director of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, and Ana Dedović, Manager for Public Relations and Communications at Crnogorski Telekom.

They emphasized the importance of programs like SkillsUp, which provide young people with the opportunity to transform their ideas into sustainable innovation concepts, with the support of instructors and mentors.

During the first day of the program, participants had the opportunity to attend inspirational lectures:

  • Financing an Entrepreneurial Venture” – Saša Ivanović, Innovation Fund of Montenegro
  • How to Deliver a Successful Pitch?” – Mr. Vladimir Vulić, Digitalizuj.me

In the coming days, participants will attend lectures on topics such as developing a Lean Canvas model by Aleksandar Janičić, J Consulting, and “Why Intellectual Property Protection Matters” by  Srna Sudar, phd, Technology Transfer Office, as well as a series of workshops and mentoring sessions designed to further strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and ideas.

SkillsUp vol. 2 continues to build a community of young innovators, connect the academic and business sectors, and contribute to the development of Montenegro’s innovation ecosystem.
