
The Second National AI Conference was held at the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, in collaboration with the Association of Managers of Montenegro and the Academy for Leadership, Management, and Corporate Governance (AMM). The event was supported by the Government of Montenegro, the Ministry of Public Administration, the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Capital City, and companies Eagle Hills Montenegro as the general sponsor, Five Group, Čikom, and OXIOM as gold sponsors, with Yes Event as the event partner and Bankar.me as the media partner.
The conference was opened by Budimir Raičković, President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro, with the presence of Maraš Dukaj, Minister of Public Administration. The keynote speech was delivered by Mohamed Alabbar, founder and chairman of the Eagle Hills, Emaar, Americana, and Noon groups.
The program included various panels and sessions, including an AI Open Talk with Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, moderated by Valentina Radulović, Executive Director of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, featuring a discussion on the potential of AI in the public and private sectors. The conference also presented Oksi, the first Montenegrin digital workshop, as part of the National Conference “Montenegro in the Era of AI Challenges.”
The panels covered the application of AI in banking, education, healthcare, and business, with notable panelists including residents of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park and startup founders: Milutin Pavićević from Zuno, Ivan Bošković from IT Advanced Services, and Ivan Šoć from Five Group, Chairman of the AMM Artificial Intelligence Committee. Their presentations demonstrated how local startups and tech companies are applying AI in real business solutions and innovations.
The conference brought together experts from various sectors, representatives of the academic and business communities, as well as government institutions, creating a space for the exchange of knowledge and experiences and further strengthening the local AI ecosystem.
The Second National AI Conference at the Montenegro Science and Technology Park highlighted the importance and potential of artificial intelligence for society and the economy, strengthening collaboration between the academic, business, and public sectors, and contributing to the development of the innovation and technology ecosystem in Montenegro.
