In the latest issue of the Journal of Maritime Sciences (JMS), published by the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Kotor, a paper titled “Science and Technology Park of Montenegro: Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development” has been published, authored by Radivoje Drobnjak, Valentina Radulović, and Tanja Rakonjac.

The paper explores the role of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro as a key driver in the development of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement in the country. Through an overview of its activities, achievements, and international projects, the paper highlights how the STP connects academia, industry, and investors, creating a strong innovation ecosystem.

Special focus is placed on support programs for young entrepreneurs, technology transfer, as well as the development of the circular and blue economy in Montenegro.
