The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro is announcing a Public Call for the award of vouchers to co-finance the costs of patent protection and invention development for legal and natural persons from Montenegro who, in 2025, have protected their invention with a patent domestically or abroad, or have initiated the process of invention protection with the European Patent Office (EPO) or the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Legal entities registered in Montenegro and natural persons who are citizens of Montenegro may apply for the Public Call, provided that in 2025 they have protected their invention with a patent domestically or have submitted an application to the EPO/WIPO and/or received a positive response confirming that the application is acceptable for examination in 2025, as well as those who hold a license for the development and commercialization of a patent.

Applications are submitted exclusively online through the STP MNE website: https://ntpark.me/ . Applicants are required to register on the STP MNE website. The registration request will be approved after email verification.

The Public Call for the award of vouchers to co-finance the costs of patent protection and invention development is conducted as an open procedure from the date of its publication until the allocated funds are exhausted, or until a Decision to close the Public Call is issued.
