A meeting was held at the Scientific and technological park of Montenegro with the dean of the faculty of Architecture, prof. Svetlana Perović,phd and the vice dean for International cooperation, Irena Rajković, phd.The key topic of discussion was strengthening cooperation between the academic and innovation communities, with a special emphasis on the fusion of architecture and creative industries.
The faculty’s need for establishing a specialized laboratory that would connect research in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and sustainable technologies was also discussed. This laboratory would enable students and researchers to experiment with new materials and advanced digital tools, further strengthening the development of innovative solutions in design, urban planning, and sustainable construction.
Through joint projects and programs such as SkillsUp and i4ME, STP and the students of the faculty of Architecture will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and develop the skills needed for future business challenges in a digitalized world and market. This collaboration represents an important step toward strengthening the creative industries and enhancing Montenegro’s technological capacities.
