The director of the Science and technology park of Montenegro, MSc Valentina Radulović, and the President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, Nina Drakić,phd, signed a Cooperation Agreement between the two institutions on April 25. The Agreement defines their joint commitment to supporting innovation, technological development, digital transformation, knowledge transfer, and strengthening cooperation between science and industry.

By signing this Agreement, the Science and technology park of Montenegro and the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro further reinforce their roles as key players in developing a competitive, innovative, and sustainable economy in Montenegro.

This initiative contributes to the implementation of Montenegro’s Smart Specialisation Strategy, which, through sectoral and institutional networking, aims to build a high-quality innovation and research ecosystem. The Smart Specialisation Strategy created the framework for the establishment and development of the Science and technology park of Montenegro, defining its mission in strengthening innovation, digital transformation, and linking science and business. The focus is on advancing priority economic sectors, enhancing coherence across different activities, and empowering national and regional innovation strategies.

This cooperation opens new chapters of development, strengthening ties between science and industry, encouraging the growth of innovative startups and enterprises, and accelerating the green and digital transformation of Montenegro’s economy.
