Meditera, the first virtual tenant of STP Montenegro, takes advantage of an innovative model that allows access to resources and services without physical presence. The collaboration was formalized by signing the contract between the executive director of STP, Valentina Radulović, and the executive director of Meditera, Ana Curk.

Meditera combines the expertise of architects and engineers with digital technologies for precise production, building sustainable structures from natural materials that provide comfort, health, and quality tailored to the needs of consumers. This approach contributes to the sustainable use of resources in Montenegro, strengthens the economy, and creates a more prosperous country with a more stable and developed economy.
