On Friday, October 24, 2025, the Skills Up Program finale for student innovators was held at the Science and Technology Park, bringing a wealth of ideas, creativity, and positive energy! Out of 66 applications, 22 of the most promising students were selected, forming 7 teams and working on innovative solutions in the areas of S3 smart specialization.

The award for the best team went to Secure Link, which stood out with its innovative solution in the field of information security and cybersecurity.

Team members: Jovana Popović, Filip Maraš, Damir Velović, and Ognjen Tomičić.

The best performance was delivered by the team Tehno Seljaci (Agriculture and Technology). Members: Andrija Mitrović, Aleksandar Tomašević, Dušan Zekić, and Petar Perović.

Other teams that made an outstanding contribution to the program and demonstrated potential through their innovative ideas:

• Rizz – Creative Industries (Ana Jokanović, Marko Jocović, Jovana Kešeljević)
• Guardia – Sports and IT (Sava Tomović, Petar Popović)
• Ouroboros – Sustainable Energy and Environmental Protection in the Digital Age (Amela Murić, Jelena Đorović, Milica Ignjatović).

During the program, participants worked with 11 instructors and 10 mentors, and took part in 4 team games, through which they developed skills and knowledge crucial for innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The jury, consisting of Valentina Radulović (STP MNE), Milutin Bojić (FiveG), Željko Lučić (IPC Tehnopolis), and Jovana Milović (Crnogorski Telekom), faced an extremely challenging task in selecting the best among many outstanding ideas.

Skills Up has once again shown that Montenegrin students possess the knowledge, talent, and courage to shape the future.
