he Science and technology park of Montenegro and Montenegrin Telecom have further strengthened their five-year strategic partnership by signing a new cooperation agreement, confirming their shared vision of technological progress and innovation. This collaboration, now stronger and more concrete as the STP operates at full capacity, is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative solutions that will have a long-term positive impact on the Montenegrin economy and society.

The partnership between Telecom and the Science and technology park of Montenegro provides support to the technological ecosystem in Montenegro, creating a stimulating environment for young entrepreneurs. Through incubation programs, funding, mentorship, training, and connections with leading industry players, it offers young talents the opportunity to turn their innovative ideas into sustainable businesses. 

A concrete activity under the new agreement has already been launched – with the support of Telecom, the Science and technology park of Montenegro has initiated the pre-incubation startup program SkillsUP, through which students gain knowledge and experience in developing sustainable business models.

The agreement was signed by ms. Valentina Radulović, director of the Science and technology park of Montenegro, and representatives of Montenegrin Telecom – executive director Stjepan Udovičić and director of the product development and digital transformation sector Dušan Banović.
