The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro announces a Public Call for evaluators to evaluate applications submitted on the basis of the Public Calls for Tenant Admission to the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro. The selection of evaluators will be based on their skills, experience and knowledge relevant to the duties that will be assigned to them.

All interested evaluators who must meet the following conditions can apply for the public call, namely:

1) At least VII1 qualification level of education in certain scientific research fields and other fields that are the subject of innovation;

2) At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of applied and/or development research and/or in the field of innovation;

3) At least 3 years of experience in evaluating applied and/or development scientific research and/or innovative programs, i.e. projects or experience in project management, implementation and control of applied and/or development research and/or innovative programs and projects.

4) Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian languages.

Evaluators are obliged to provide evidence of fulfillment of the conditions.

The evaluation will be carried out via an online platform, and if necessary in the premises of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.

During the application evaluation process, evaluators will:

• Gain access to all assigned applications;
• Familiarize themselves with the Rulebook on closer criteria for education and the way of work of the Commission for the evaluation of applications based on Public Calls for the admission of tenants to the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro;
• Report and verify all applications for conflict of interest in accordance with the Statement of Impartiality and Confidentiality, which will be an integral part of the Agreement on the provision of consulting services, and which the competent persons in the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro are obliged to inform.

Applications for the Public call for evaluators to evaluate applications based on Public calls for the admission of tenants to the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro are submitted exclusively electronically, via the e-mail address: [email protected].

After the conclusion of the Public Call, documentation must be submitted in original or notarized, which must not be older than 3 months.

The public call is open until August 15, 2024.
