Valentina Radulović was born in 1979 in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Montenegro and obtained a Master of Natural Sciences degree in Information Technology from the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. She began her professional career at Crnogorski Telekom (part of the Deutsche Telekom Group), where she worked for 17 years. She held numerous managerial and leadership positions in the Technology and Information Technology sectors. She led large teams and significant projects, acquiring significant and invaluable experience and expertise. In 2020, she joined DigitalBee as Director of Innovation, aiming to support the company’s mission of inspiring, empowering, and educating individuals to succeed in the digital age, with a particular focus on providing consulting services to companies in the areas of ICT projects and digital transformation. Valentina Radulović is one of the founders of the startup Flourish, which scientifically develops emotional intelligence and rapidly advances towards conquering the global market.
