Through its incubation programmes, STP MNE supports the development of early-stage companies, the creation of individual development plans, the monitoring of business progress, and preparation for entering new markets. At the same time, through methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup, it supports the development and validation of business ideas, innovative products and services, as well as the creation of MVP solutions.
STP MNE promotes technology and knowledge transfer by connecting the business sector, academia, and research institutions, supporting the commercialisation of research results, technology transfer, and the development of spin-off and spin-out companies.
Additional support for innovation development is provided through programmes and activities such as the i4ME Hub, the LAUNCH@ME programme, Open Innovation initiatives, hackathons, innovation challenges, and co-creation workshops, which contribute to strengthening the innovation ecosystem and creating new business opportunities.
Through the PATLIB Centre IP4Montenegro, STP MNE also provides specialised support in the field of intellectual property and technology transfer, including prior-art searches, advice on patent protection, trademark and industrial design protection, as well as intellectual property rights management. In addition, information and educational services are available, supporting researchers and companies in the commercialisation of innovations and research results.
