Continuous communication and rapid adaptation to community needs are key to the development of any innovation ecosystem. With this exact goal in mind, a new edition of the regular Coffino gathering was held at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE). This time, it brought the community together around important topics, ranging from strengthening the security culture to establishing more efficient internal communication models.

The attending company representatives were addressed by the Executive Director of STP MNE, Valentina Radulović, MSc, the Head of the Sector for Innovation Programs and Projects, Radivoje Drobnjak, MSc, and the Head of the Infrastructure and Operations Sector, Spasoje Zečević.

Through an open dialogue, emphasis was placed on improving entrepreneurial capacities and working together to enhance our innovation environment, which simultaneously provides maximum support and protection for the growth of technology businesses.

Considering that a safe workspace is a crucial segment, a special part of the meeting was dedicated to security protocols in the facility. With expert guidelines from technical support and maintenance associates Milika Leković and Milan Sočanac, the tenants were introduced to key response procedures for unforeseen situations. The message of the meeting was clear: maintaining a high level of security is a shared task, and the proactive involvement of every individual is the foundation of a safe community.

In addition to the security frameworks, an important topic of the meeting was collaboration within the Park itself. With the aim of further improving daily communication, new networking models were announced. These will directly contribute to greater activity and mutual connection among tenants, making it easier for them to exchange experiences and resources.

November’s Coffino once again confirmed the practice of open dialogue, demonstrating that STP MNE is not just modern infrastructure, but a living ecosystem that constantly adapts and develops alongside the people who create within it.
