The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro proudly announces the third edition of the pre-incubation startup program SkillsUP and invites innovative students and high school seniors to make their first serious entrepreneurial step.

The program will take place from October 26 to 30 in the “MVP” conference room at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.
