ICT Cortex is a non-governmental organization established with the aim of strategically developing Montenegro’s ICT sector. Through initiatives such as educational programmes (Cortex Academy), partnerships with educational institutions, promotion of its members, the organization of national and international events (IT Spot), and the development and implementation of EU-funded projects, ICT Cortex actively contributes to the development of Montenegro’s innovation ecosystem.

In addition, the organization advocates for creating a better business environment for technology companies by promoting policies that support digital transformation and international visibility. It also focuses on empowering talent, creating employment opportunities for young people, and developing skills in demand on the global market.
