A report dedicated to the economic, investment, and development potential of Montenegro published in USA Today presented the results achieved so far and the progress of our country in various fields, highlighting the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro as one of the key drivers in the development of the national innovation ecosystem.

The report presents Montenegro as a country that, alongside its traditionally strong tourism sector, is increasingly developing areas based on knowledge, modern technologies, and innovations.

In the section dedicated to financial technologies and digital transformation, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE) is featured as a hub that connects innovators, entrepreneurs, the academic community, companies, and public institutions, with the aim of making Montenegro a recognizable regional center for innovation. The fields of artificial intelligence, financial technologies, healthcare, and creative industries are particularly highlighted as sectors with significant potential for further development.

“Our mission is to become the main address for all people with innovative ideas in Montenegro,” said the Executive Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, Valentina Radulović.

The report points out the importance of the support that STP MNE provides to innovative and entrepreneurial companies through incubation and pre-acceleration programs, training, mentoring, and networking with regional and international innovation ecosystems. In this way, teams and companies are enabled to further develop their ideas, improve their business models, and more easily reach partners, investors, and new markets.

Currently, the STP MNE community numbers 46 tenants who are diligently developing their ideas in our space, along with 6 laboratories for testing solutions. Every day, it serves as a meeting place for members of the innovation ecosystem through numerous events, workshops, educational programs, mentoring sessions, and networking activities.

In the coming period, STP MNE will continue to provide support and contribute to empowering talents. At the same time, through cooperation with organizations from the region and the European Union, we continue to strengthen Montenegro’s position as a place where science, technology, and modern business converge.
