Cargo Solutions is a Montenegrin company operating in the transport and logistics sector. Through years of experience in organizing freight transportation, we have identified the challenges that both clients and carriers face on a daily basis, particularly when it comes to finding suitable transportation and the high number of empty return trips. In response to these challenges, we are developing Transport Connect – an innovative digital platform that connects clients in need of transportation with carriers that have available capacity.

The platform aims to simplify the process of organizing transportation, increase vehicle utilization, and reduce logistics costs for all market participants. Transport Connect enables faster matching of supply and demand for transportation services, greater process transparency, and more efficient use of existing transportation capacities.

The long-term vision of the project is to digitally transform the logistics sector in Montenegro and the region through the development of advanced transportation management tools, the automation of business processes, and improved collaboration among all participants in the supply chain.
