We are pleased to introduce a new resident of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, Cargo Solutions Ltd., a company specializing in freight transport, logistics, and transport organization. Driven by the ambition to address the challenges of underutilized transport capacities and the difficulty of finding reliable carriers, the company has developed its own advanced digital solution.

As a result of this work, Transport Connect (dostavi.me) was created—the first Montenegrin digital platform that connects users in need of transport services with registered carriers in a simple, fast, and transparent manner.

The system operates with remarkable efficiency: users can post a transport request in just a few minutes, after which carriers submit their offers. This allows clients to easily compare multiple options and choose the one that best suits their needs in terms of price, delivery time, or transport conditions.

What makes this startup truly innovative is its digitalization of a process that, in the domestic market, is still largely conducted through traditional channels such as phone calls and social media. The platform centralizes supply and demand, increases vehicle utilization, and reduces the number of “empty miles,” directly contributing to cost optimization and lower greenhouse gas emissions. It brings particular value to small and medium-sized enterprises that do not have their own logistics departments, providing them with quick and efficient access to a network of transport providers.

The platform currently operates as a web application available at www.dostavi.me, and the team is already planning to introduce advanced functionalities in the near future, including online payments, automated invoicing, ERP integrations, as well as an AI-powered chatbot for customer support and shipment tracking.
