After recently being awarded the recognition for Project Manager of the Year, the Executive Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, Valentina Radulović, we are pleased to share another encouraging piece of news that opens doors to new opportunities for the entire national innovation community. Mrs. Radulović has been appointed as Montenegro’s representative in the role of Industry Liaison Officer within the renowned European scientific network ELI (Extreme Light Infrastructure (ELI)).
The nomination was carried out by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, once again recognizing the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro as a meeting point between science and business in Montenegro. Participation in this fast-growing network is not merely a formality, but a meaningful opportunity for Montenegro’s innovation ecosystem to become more deeply integrated into European developments. The main goal we have set is to build strong and lasting bridges between advanced research infrastructures and the private sector.
For the Montenegrin economy, this brings a number of concrete benefits. Through active participation in the annual meetings of representatives across Europe, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro and members of the innovation community will have the opportunity for direct networking with leading technology leaders. This appointment represents an honour for us, as well as an excellent opportunity to directly empower innovators and entrepreneurs to become part of advanced European projects and global value chains.
Such steps demonstrate that our institution is working to provide concrete opportunities for connecting domestic companies with broader markets. The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE) will continue to work on improving the conditions for the growth of the innovation ecosystem, striving to remain a reliable support for all those developing new solutions.
