At the premises of the Science and Technology Park, in collaboration with the company Balance to Business, a workshop titled “Growth Without Chaos: Structure, Focus, and Leadership That Sets the Pace” was successfully delivered for STP tenants.

The event brought together participants with the goal of improving business processes and strengthening teams for stable and organized growth. Its focus was on establishing a clear structure, defining priorities, and building systems that enable development without overload or organizational chaos. The workshop addressed topics such as accountability, workplace relationships, task management, and team communication, aiming to enhance mutual trust, clarify roles, and improve efficiency in collaborative work.

Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences from previous team work, openly discussing examples of best practices as well as challenges they have faced or encountered during their professional development.

The training was led by Jelena Vuletić, founder of Balance to Business, an ICF PCC-accredited coach and leadership trainer with over 30 years of experience in the banking sector and more than 2,500 hours of work with leaders and teams.

The event encouraged open dialogue on key challenges and opportunities for growth, improved collaboration, and further business development.

The Science and Technology Park will continue, through this and similar initiatives, to support its tenants and the wider innovation community in their ongoing development.
