STP at the conference “Western Balkans Human Capital Days 2025” in Tirana

The Director of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, Valentina Radulović, participated in the regional conference Western Balkans Human Capital Days 2025, held on October 28–29 in Tirana, organized by UNDP, the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), and the European Commission.

The conference brought together representatives from governments, academia, the private sector, and international organizations with the aim of strengthening cooperation in the fields of human capital development, innovation, and competitiveness as drivers of inclusive growth and European integration.

Valentina Radulović spoke on the panel “Industrial Transformation and Innovation: Unlocking Value Chains through Smart Investment”, which focused on the role of innovation policies, smart investments, and development ecosystems in enhancing value chains and transforming industries in the region.

In her presentation, she highlighted the experience of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park in building an innovation ecosystem, fostering collaboration between academia and the business community, and developing talent that will shape a knowledge-based economy.

This conference once again confirmed that innovation and human capital are key drivers of sustainable development and competitiveness in the Western Balkans.
