The Director of the Scientific and Technological Park of Montenegro, Valentina Radulović, participated as a speaker at the Bijelo Polje Business Forum 2025, a strategic event dedicated to innovation, inclusion, and the green transition in northern Montenegro.
Within the panel “Women and the Green Transition – Innovation, Tourism, and the Future of Work,” Radulović emphasized the importance of innovation and digital transformation as key tools for enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic economy, as well as the role of women in creating sustainable solutions.
The forum brought together representatives from institutions, the business community, development agencies, and international organizations, aiming to explore opportunities to unlock the potential of Montenegro’s northern region through new partnerships, investments, and support for small businesses.
A special focus of this year’s edition was on women’s leadership in rural and green businesses, the role of STEM skills, the development of eco-tourism and sustainable agriculture, as well as institutional support that can accelerate social and economic change.
The participation of the STP director at the Forum once again confirms the Park’s role as an important partner in shaping an innovative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive Montenegro.
