On July 28, 2025, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro and the China-Central and Eastern European Agricultural Coordination and Cooperation Center (APACCCEEC) officially launched their strategic collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.

The Memorandum was signed by Ms. Valentina Radulović, Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, and  Momchil Stanishev, phd, Director of APACCCEEC, thereby laying the foundation for a series of joint initiatives that will support innovation, entrepreneurship, and cooperation between China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

 The Memorandum envisions the implementation of numerous activities, including:

• An Academy for Entrepreneurship in Agriculture, which will be held in Montenegro in the spring of 2026;
• An accelerator program for startups in the field of agriculture, focusing on connecting the markets of China and the CEE countries;
• The organization of joint workshops, webinars, and forums aimed at strengthening innovative capacities and regional cooperation.

The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro continues to build bridges between science, business, and innovation, and this memorandum represents another important step in that mission.
