Short Biography

Isidora Injac was born in 1997 in Podgorica. She completed her basic, specialisation and master studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro.

She has developed her professional career through engagement in the public and private sector, focusing on economics, innovation, technological development and strategic planning. Currently, she is employed at the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro, where she handles complex administrative, structural and analytical tasks, strategic planning, management and coordination of high-level activities.

She has had significant experience in government administration, including in the drafting of strategic documents, data analysis, coordination of advisory teams and communication with relevant domestic and international partners. In her career, she has shown a high degree of responsibility, independence and professional approach in the management of complex tasks of a nature for the development of public policies.A strong focus on continuous professional development, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the capacity to adapt and recognize opportunities in a dynamic work setting, have been key factors in her career success to date.
