The Gender Equality Plan is a set of actions aimed at identifying gender bias, implementing measures to address them, and establishing measurable indicators to track progress. We emphasize the importance of gender dimensions in research and innovation and also aim to establish a working group for developing gender equality plans.

The workshop consists of two sessions:

“Informative Session” – a 45-minute public event with presentations (webinar-style).
“Working Group” – an additional 45 minutes focused on experience exchange, challenges, networking, and the establishment of a “working group” / community of practice (as the beginning of a series of future meetings of this community), with a focus on identifying key challenges.
