Today, an inspiring meeting was held at the Science and technology park of Montenegro (STP MNE) with representatives of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, one of the leading educational institutions in the field of economics and entrepreneurship. The meeting was attended by the Dean, prof. Mijat Jocović,phd, and the Vice Dean for International Cooperation, prof.Tamara Backović, phd, while on behalf of STP MNE, the hosts were the executive director, mr. Valentina Radulović, and the program activities manager, mr. Radivoje Drobnjak.

The discussion focused on opportunities for joint initiatives, with a special emphasis on projects that connect innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Particular attention was given to linking students and faculty with the business sector, creating a strong connection between theory and practice.

For the Faculty of Economics, already recognized for its numerous programs focused on developing entrepreneurial skills and international cooperation, the partnership with STP MNE provides an additional opportunity to support young talents in developing their business ideas and innovations.

It was agreed to intensify cooperation through: Joint projects aimed at strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem; Organizing workshops and educational programs for students; Supporting the development of startups and business ideas emerging from the academic community; Connecting with the business sector for the practical application of knowledge.    

This initiative represents another step towards creating a sustainable and innovative business environment in Montenegro. STP Montengro and the Faculty of Economics continue to open doors for young people, providing them with the opportunity to turn their ideas into successful projects!
