Users can create requests for passenger or freight transportation, while drivers, couriers, small carriers, and companies with available vehicles can submit offers including a price, estimated arrival time, and basic service conditions. In this way, ARK enables greater visibility of available offers, more transparent pricing, easier coordination, and better utilization of existing transportation capacity in the market.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the first phase of development, ARK is focused on building and validating the MVP, testing key user flows, building a database of potential users and service providers, and demonstrating market demand within the controlled market of Montenegro.
