During the event, education programs within the Cortex Academy will be presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications for students for the Cortex Academy will be officially open until February 26 on the official ICT Cortex website: https:\/\/academy.ictcortex.me\/.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cortex Academy is an education program in the field of information and communication technologies that combines online classes and practical work with mentors from cluster member companies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Considering the experiences of the previous generation of participants, our intention is to offer students a high-quality, and this year additionally enriched, content that will complement the knowledge they acquire at the university and provide them with the opportunity to spend the practical part of the training with mentors from leading Montenegrin IT companies,&#8221; stated ICT Cortex.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, students are offered free courses in the following areas and directions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frontend Programming:  HTML, CSS, JavaScript &#8211; React<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HTML, CSS, JavaScript &#8211; Angular<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Backend Programming: 1) PHP &#8211; (MVC) + Laravel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2)&nbsp;C# &#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/asp.net\/\">&nbsp;ASP.NET<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HTML, CSS, JavaScript &#8211; Node.js<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soft Skills: A horizontal course that will be conducted parallel to the main course (one of the above-mentioned directions) chosen by the students. The topics covered in the course include: communication, teamwork and time management, work ethics and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and creativity.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The education programs will last from February to October. The first part of the training, planned for the period from February to June, involves following online courses, while the second part of the training, scheduled for July and September, will focus on the practical part of the training with the support of mentors \u2013 experienced IT professionals from the companies that are members of Cortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the very end of the Cortex Academy, in October, a Career day will be organized, where the most successful participants and companies will gather in one place.
