Iztok \u0160kornik, a nature protection monitoring expert, discussed the developmental phase of the saltworks and its current operational model.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Nikolina Franu\u0161i\u0107 Bajlo, a specialist in research, development, and tourism, presented the Pag Saltworks in Croatia, as well as the journey they have undergone to reach their current level of development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, as part of the workshop, professor Danka Cakovi\u0107, a regular professor at the department of Biology at the University of Montenegro, spoke about the flora, habitats, and the perspective of environmental conservation in the context of the development of the Ulcinj saltworks.&#13;\n&#13;\nThe workshop was part of the WBC-RRI.NET project, which focuses on the implementation of responsible research and innovation in the Western Balkans.
