STP MNE invites all startups, spinoffs and teams with innovative potential to apply for admission to the premises of STP. The right to participate is open to startups and spinoffs based in Montenegro, as well as informal teams focused on the development of innovative or high-tech products, services or processes.. \n \nConditions for participation include::<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 their requirements correspond to the infrastructural capacities available to the STP of Montenegro;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings are not conducted against them;<\/p>\n\n
– regularly fulfill obligations to pay taxes and contributions on personal income, corporate income tax and value added tax, that is, regularly settle reprogrammed tax obligations;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 the legal representative has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the economy and the environment, for the criminal offense of accepting or giving a bribe and the criminal offense of fraud;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 they do not operate in any of the following areas: production\/trade in weapons and ammunition, production\/trade in alcoholic beverages (except beer and wine), production\/trade in excise goods, games of chance;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 the product or technology does not damage biodiversity and\/or endanger the environment.<\/p>\n\n
Applications are submitted exclusively electronically, via the STP MNE website (https:\/\/konkursi.ntpark.me\/<\/strong><\/a> ), and public calls will remain open until the available infrastructure capacities of the STP of Montenegro are filled.<\/p>\n\n The evaluation process will be carried out continuously, in accordance with the dynamics of the arrival of applications, and after a positive evaluation, candidates will be obliged to submit the necessary original or notarized documentation, not older than three months.<\/p>\n\n
