The STP of Montenegro invites micro, small and medium-sized companies, large companies with research and development departments, and licensed scientific research institutions to apply for admission to the STP of Montenegro. \n \nLegal entities that meet the following conditions have the right to participate: \n \n\u2013 their requirements correspond to the infrastructural capacities available to the STP of Montenegro;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings are not conducted against them;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 regularly fulfill obligations to pay taxes and contributions on personal income, corporate income tax and value added tax, that is, regularly settle reprogrammed tax obligations;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 the legal representative has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the economy and the environment, for the criminal offense of accepting or giving a bribe and the criminal offense of fraud;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 they do not operate in any of the following areas: production\/trade in weapons and ammunition, production\/trade in alcoholic beverages (except beer and wine), production\/trade in excise goods, games of chance; \n \n\u2013 the product or technology does not damage biodiversity and\/or endanger the environment;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 operate positively in the last two years;<\/p>\n\n
\u2013 license of the relevant ministry for scientific research institutions. \n \nForeign companies that want to move their development departments to the STP of Montenegro will be obliged to register in Montenegro in accordance with the Law on Business Companies.<\/p>\n\n
Applications are submitted exclusively electronically, via the STP MNE website (https:\/\/konkursi.ntpark.me\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>), and public calls will remain open until the available infrastructure capacities of the STP of Montenegro are filled.<\/p>\n\n The evaluation process will be carried out continuously, in accordance with the dynamics of the arrival of applications, and after a positive evaluation, candidates will be obliged to submit the necessary original or notarized documentation, not older than three months.<\/p>\n\n
